Thanksgiving Dinners

I would like to extend a hearty Thank You to those individuals and companies who donated your time and or food to assist Taylors Cigar Lounge with shopping, boxing and delivering over 50 Thanksgiving dinners today.

What started out as Monday afternoon quickly turned into 10 pm shopping for the last few items. Tuesday morning came and all the volunteers showed up at Taylor’s at 7am to start sorting and packaging all of the food for the 50 boxes that would be delivered at 10am.

Upon arriving to the City of Long Beach Heath and Human Services Department we were greeted by the Nursing staff who were eager to get the food their clients who have no other means of a Thanksgiving dinner other than what would be provided today.

CIGAR EVENT AT TAYLORS

Taylors will be featuring the 2008 Cigar of the Year CASA MAGNA
accompanied by the Fonseca Cubano Limitada. There will be specials,
raffles, refreshments and lots of fun to be had by all.

September 5th & 6th: 30th ANNUAL LONG BEACH BLUES FESTIVAL

Once again Taylor’s Cigar Lounge is the official Cigar host at this year’s
Long Beach Blues Festival. There is a great line up for this huge Labor day
weekend celebration including BOBBY WOMACK, KENNY WAYNE SHEPHERD,
MAVIS STAPLES AND FUNKY METERS.
The event runs all day and night both Saturday and Sunday

September 26th: 2009 GOD OF FIRE DINNER AT HOTEL BEL-AIR

This year’s event will mark the 5th annual charity dinner for God of Fire Cigars.
The dinner is an evening of fine food and wine paired with cigars made by the
Fuente family in the Dominican Republic. The night features the 2009 release
of God of Fire Cigars blended by Carlos Fuente Sr. and Carlos Fuente Jr.
This year’s event will honor actor and cigar aficionado Andy Garcia with the
2009 God of Fire Man of the Year Award.

October 31ST : HALLOWEEN AT THE PLAYBOY MANSION

Taylor’s Cigar Lounge is going back to the Mansion, this time it’s for a truly sexy trick or treat
on Saturday October 31st. Taylor’s will be hosting another Mansion party this Halloween
billed as “An evening of costumed Sexiness” benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project.
